We are a small British manufacturer specialising in picture frames, mounts and mirrors, produced with care, expertise and attention to detail.

2. Ordering From Us

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There is an error in pricing or product information
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • We are unable to verify delivery details

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

4. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom‑made, personalised or bespoke items are made specifically to your requirements.
For this reason, they cannot be cancelled once production has begun and cannot be returned unless faulty.

This includes:

  • Bespoke mounts
  • Made‑to‑order mirrors
  • Any item personalised to your specification

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We do not store or process card details — all payments are handled securely by trusted third‑party providers.

Sometimes the item does not need to be returned, and we can resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement component.
