Ordering

Do you make everything yourselves?

Yes — we manufacture our frames, mounts and many of our mirrors in-house. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, offer bespoke sizes and keep lead times fast.

Can I order a custom size or specialist finish?

Absolutely — we specialise in bespoke sizes and specialist finishes.
If you need a specific frame or mount, just contact us to discuss your requirements.
You can call us, email us, or simply send us your print size and we'll advise the correct frame and mount.

I'm not sure what size I need — can you help?

Yes — sizing can be confusing, especially when competitors list sizes like 20 x 16" / 50 x 40cm (which are not the same size).
Send us your print size and we'll confirm the correct frame and mount before you order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Custom sizes may take slightly longer.

Which couriers do you use?

We use a trusted network including Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS, Parcelforce, Pall‑Ex, other pallet networks and our own delivery vehicles.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship across the UK, EU and internationally.
For non‑EU destinations, contact us for a personalised quote.

Returns & Issues

Do I need to return the item if something is wrong?

Sometimes the item does not need to be returned.

My mount is the wrong size/colour — what should I do?

This is usually a simple mix‑up.
We can send the correct mount without needing the frame back.

My glass/styrene is scratched or broken — do I need to return the frame?

No — if the frame is undamaged, we simply send a replacement panel.

My frame arrived damaged — what happens next?

Please send us photos of the damage and packaging.
Broken frames often have little return value, so we assess whether a return is needed or whether a replacement/refund is quicker — but please contact us first to confirm.

I think my frame is the wrong size — what should I check?

This is a very common misunderstanding. Before assuming the frame is incorrect, please check the following:

  • Measure your print size
  • Measure the mount opening or frame opening
  • Frame opening: the easiest way to measure this is to measure the backing board, as this matches the internal frame size
  • Mount openings: all mounts are cut 3mm smaller on each side so the edge of the print is not exposed once framed
  • Rebate: please be aware there is a rebate on the frame moulding — this is the internal lip that holds the glass and backing board in place, and it slightly reduces the visible area of the frame

If you require specific rebate dimensions, please contact us and we'll provide them.

Once you've checked the above, we'll help confirm the correct size before arranging any replacement.

We use high‑quality wood, MDF, extruded plastic and premium mountboard across our range.
Glazing options include glass, acrylic and styrene depending on size, safety and weight requirements.

Do your frames come with hanging hardware?

Yes — all frames include appropriate fixings based on size and weight.

Can I order just a mount or just a replacement panel?

Yes — we supply mounts, backing boards and replacement glass/styrene panels separately.
